Mission
The Pennsylvania Landscape and Nursery Association Foundation provides resources to encourage research, reward scholarship and promote the values and benefits of ornamental horticulture.

The PLNA Foundation is a 501c(3) charitable foundation registered with the Pennsylvania Department of State Bureau of Charitable Organizations. The foundation accepts tax deductible contributions which allow it to:
- Encourage careers in ornamental horticulture by providing financial support to individuals for educational expenses;
- Support research in ornamental horticulture by providing grants to individuals and research organizations;
- Support institutions providing horticultural education through financial assistance for research, education, and information expenses;

Encourage activities that educate the general public about the value of ornamental horticulture through financial support for public and community beautification projects and consumer information activities.
